Bob has been a Timber Cove resident since 1998. He  served on the Timber Cove Homes Association board of directors from 2017-2023.  Bob was appointed to the capital improvement planning committee of TCCWD in 2022  and appointed to the TCCWD Board of Directors in 2023.  Bob was educated at Harvard College and Harvard Law School. Bob's employment history as a senior vice president and general counsel to major national environmental engineering, consulting, contracting and operations firms for three decades, specializing in water and waste water treatment and remediation projects has brought a tremendous amount of knowledge to the boards he served here in Timber Cove. Bob  was a substantial volunteer on a  post-colonial land resettlement project in Kenya, 1966-68, and providied environmental project management and legal advice on international climate adaptation projects for a Consortium of South Pacific island nations, 2015-2016.
